Through the 15 years, Property Company of Friends, more popularly known as Pro-Friends, has worked to make quality homes available to Filipinos the easiest possible way. The following are the list of requirements that buyer needs to submit to any Pro-Friends offices (Mandaluyong office or Imus office) within 60 days from reservation date:

Requirements for Bank Financing (Locally Employed)

BANK FINANCING - LOCALLY EMPLOYED (Both Buyer and Spouse if married)
1 3 pcs. 1x1 ID picture
2 Two (2) Government-issued Valid ID
i.e. Passport, Driver's License, PRC License, TIN card, SSS, Unified ID, Seaman's Book, Postal ID, Voter's ID
3 Marriage Contract (if married) / Birth Certificate (if single)
4 Tax Identification Number (TIN)
5 Proof of Billing or Barangay Certificate
6 Cedula
7 Certificate of Employment with Compensation
8 Income Tax Return (ITR)
9 Payslips (recent 3 months)
10 Post Dated Checks (for the monthly payment)


Requirements for Bank Financing (OFW / Immigrant)

BANK FINANCING - OFW / IMMIGRANT (Buyer, Spouse and Attorney-in-fact)
1 3 pcs. 1x1 ID picture
2 Two (2) Government-issued Valid ID
i.e. Passport, Driver's License, PRC License, TIN card, SSS, Unified ID, Seaman's Book, Postal ID, Voter's ID
3 Marriage Contract (if married) / Birth Certificate (if single)
4 Tax Identification Number (TIN)
5 Passport (front page and all pages with stamps)
6 Certificate of Employment with Compensation / Job Contract
7 Payslips (recent 3 months)
8 Post Dated Checks (for the monthly payment)
9 Special Power of Attorney (Consularized if signed abroad / Notarized if signed in the Phils.)
10 Proof of Billing or Barangay Certificate (Attorney-in-fact only)
